1 Rules: The regatta will be governed by the ISAF Racing Rules of Sailing; the prescriptions of the United States Sailing Association; except as any of these are altered by the sailing instructions; and by the sailing instructions.
2 Advertising: The regatta is designated Category C in accordance with racing rule 79 and ISAF Regulation 20.3.1(b).
3 Classes, Eligibility, and Entry: The regatta is open to all ‘beach’ multi-hulls.  Classes will be grouped into 3 or 4 groups by similar Portsmouth D-PN ranges, with breakouts for all one design fleets represented within each Portsmouth range (Hobie Wave/14T/16/17/17S/18/20/21, F16HP, F18, F18HT, Inter-17/18/20,Mystere 4.3/6.0, Nacra 5.0/5.2/5.5Uni/5.5SL/5.8/5.8NA/6.0NA, etc..)
4 Schedule of Events:  
4.1 Registration: Saturday, May 3, 2008 from 8:00 am to 9:00 am.
4.2 Competitors Meeting: Saturday, May 3, 2008 9:15 am.
4.3 Races: Saturday, May 3, 2008, first warning signal 10:00 am, additional races may follow.  
	Sunday, May 4, 2008, first warning signal 9:00 am, additional races may follow.
5 Fees: One-person boats - $30, Two-person boats - $35. ($5 discount for US Sailing & OCRA/CRAM membership)
6 Measurement: The USSA Multihull Beaufort adjusted Portsmouth numbers, will be used for computing corrected times and finish positions for all boats.  Any boats deviating from class one-design rules will be assigned an adjusted number by the race committee.
7 Sailing Instructions: The sailing instructions will be available at registration.
8 Regatta Site: The regatta site will be the northern end of the Alum Creek State Park Swim Beach.
9 Racing Area: The racing area will be any of the waters of the Alum Creek Reservoir from the Cheshire Road bridge to the Alum Creek Dam.  An announcement will be made at the competitors meeting as to the general location of the course.
10 Courses: The United States Sailing Association Multihull Course Sticker will be used for all courses.
11 Scoring: The Low Point Scoring System of Appendix A of the Racing Rules of Sailing will apply.
