RULES – The regatta will be governed by the current rules as defined in “The Racing Rules of Sailing”.

ALTERATION OF THE CLASS RULES – The rules of the classes are amended as follows: Membership in the class associationis not required.

ELIGIBILITY – The regatta is open to the A-Cats, Mystere 4.3, F17, F18, and all Portsmouth rated beach cats.

ENTRY – Entry may be made by completing one ‘Entry Form’ per team, either (a) on the host club’s website;
 and submitting electronically, or (b) on the day of the event.

All competitors mus tcomplete the “ Entry Form ” & pay in order to be entered.

FEES – The entry fee is $30.00 per single-handed competitor, and $40.00 per double-handed competitor. Checks must be

made payable to: PCYC Jr Sail Fleet.
